Adapting to the current context of uncertainty, Donostia-San Sebastián Turismoa has launched a new tourism campaign aimed at positioning the city at a national level, with a highly emotional component. The main objective is to connect with potential travellers in the destinations that most visit the city with images and personalised messages. These destinations are: Madrid, Catalonia, the Basque Country, Navarre, Zaragoza, Valencia, Seville and Malaga.
The campaign has two phases. The first focuses on sending a message to those people who want to visit the city but cannot yet, sending a message of hope. In this phase, by requesting information through a form provided for this purpose, people will receive, free of charge, an estrobo, an essential part of the paddle. A weekend for two people will also be drawn at Lasala Plaza Hotel****.
On the other hand, the second phase will be activated once we are able to travel, and will be like a direct invitation to visit the city, including local plans and activities.
