This edition Paris-Basque 2016 has the presence of pintxos of Hondarribia. Mikel Muñoz, from the bar Gran Sol in coastal town, participates this weekend of European Championship in the French capital, along with other Basque chefs, four of them played with Michelin star. The Paris-Basque is an event that revolves around culture and Basque sport from today until Sunday, June 17-19. It is celebrated in the Fronton Chiquito of Cambo in Paris on the Seine river.
Along with Basque cuisine, there will be ball games championships of France, Basque rural sports, rugby, folklore and Basque music and broadcast football matches of the European Championship.
