Umbra is a cultural and technological event that uses light asan artistic expression aimed at all audiences and can beenjoyed free of charge. This festival has been previously held ina lot of cities in Europe, Asia, America and Oceania.
It will allow you to enjoy the city’s valuable urban and naturalheritage with a new nocturnal, interactive and innovativeimage. Several international artists will be in charge of theaccomplishment of the works, being the light the mainelement accompanied by music or movement.
The festival will be developed in the historic centre and Ensanche of the capital of Alava on the evenings from 21 to23 February from 19:00 to 23:00.
