More than 400 congressmen and about thirty speakers, from national and international level, will turn Vitoria-Gasteiz into the gastronomy capital, being this event of a professional nature, framed within the Euskadi Gastronomika product Club, one of the Main events in the sector.
Miniature Pintxos Congress includes, in addition to the Congress, a complete programme of activities aimed at both the professional sector and the general public.
On February 27th and 28th will be the Iron Chef competition, a team Pintxo contest. During the days 3, 4, 5 and 6 March will take place all kinds of activities, such as: The largest pintxos bar in the world, International Pintxos Championship, the Champions dinner… along with all the papers of great chefs and guests.
