Bilbao and its “Christmas Light
Bilbao will be illuminated from 30 November until 8 January, with more than 1,230,000 LED lights, between 18:00 and 22:00 every day. The ice rink, the Christmas market and the Christmas Pin are other activities available during these dates.
Donostia/San-Sebastián, European Christmas Capital 2022
Christmas in San Sebastian will officially kick off on Friday 2 December with the switching on of the Christmas lights, the opening of the Christmas Market and a programme of solidarity, inclusiveness and sustainability. A varied programme that will last until 6 January.
Vitoria-Gasteiz, much more than the Monumental Nativity Scene in La Florida
Vitoria-Gasteiz is ready to welcome this Christmas with protagonists such as Olentzero and Mari Domingi or the Three Wise Men. The Basque capital will be filled with activities, shows and events aimed at all audiences.
Christmas in Hondarribia and Irun
Irún and Hondarribia turn on the lights to welcome Christmas. Both towns have an extensive programme of activities aimed at all audiences over these days: concerts, performances, children’s activities, Christmas carol festival, etc.
Zarautz and a full programme
The Narros Nativity Scene and the shop window competition will not miss their appointment with Zarautz, as part of a programme of cinema, children’s performances, theatre and concerts.
