Basque cuisine on the coast awaits you at the Oiasso Museum

Until September 30, the centre located in Irun hosts a very appetizing exhibition

He arrived in the 2nd century BC and stayed forever. It is the cuisine of the Romans and the Oiasso Museum of Irun dedicates an exhibition. It shows how that cuisine that the Basques began to know twenty-three centuries ago has reached the restaurants today.
This exhibition shows the Basque center wants to highlight the importance of Roman gastronomy in its colonizing work, implementing its diet and the prosperous market of its products. A cuisine that, adding subsequent contributions of techniques and products, has currently provided us with a relevant position at the forefront of world gastronomy.
