The Itsas Etxea Auditoriuma de Hondarribia will host this Saturday at 20.00 hours the International Dance Gala with Itziar Mendizabal. The slingball will unfurle all her art this Saturday, July 27, in the auditorium of the Gipuzkoa town. This artist, who began her studies at the school of Elvira Ubierna from the age of four and later at the school of Victor Ullate (1995-1998), is a first soloist of the Royal Ballet.
In 2009 she received the Award of Revelation Artist from the Dance Association of Gipuzkoa and was nominated for the Venois Dance Award the same year for her performance of the ‘Firebird’. On September 7, 2012, he also received the Gold Badge of Hondarribia from the then mayor Aitor Kerejeta, in recognition of his career.
