From 27 to 29 February Arriaga Park will become the scene of a Napoleonic camp where there will be demonstrations of different martial activities as duels with swords and soldiers rounds, and there will be also musical and theatrical performances.
The french troops will open the market on Friday 27 at 17:30 pm. The clothing and lifestyle of the early nineteenth century may rejoice and it will be opportunity to enjoy visiting the 146 craft stalls.
This market, which celebrates its 5th edition, commemorates the Battle of Vitoria in 1813 that led to the expulsion of Napoleon’s troops in the city during the War of Independence.
