During the course conducted chefs making dishes the “new creation” and experimenting with new preparations based on traditional dishes. Also reinterpret traditional dishes of the Basque Country Kitchen and they all know the latest culinary trends in traditional Basque cooking.
An industry professional team teach the course at the School of Hospitality in Gipuzkoa, for a week. The workshop is aimed at both Japanese chefs, like any other English-speaking nationality.
At the end participants will be given a diploma certifying their completion.
