Itsas Etxea Auditorium in Hondarribia hosts the VII Championship Pintxos Euskadi Saboreala between 15 and 17 October, in morning and afternoon sessions in which the public enters freely to witness the working of the best cooks in the specialty of Euskadi, Navarre and Iparralde. A total of 75 chefs gather in the competition to win the trophy sculpture created by chef Ramón Roteta Hondarribia.
The jury in this seventh edition is made up of renowned chefs in the state, press critics and all with great prestige in the world of gastronomy.
The Hospitality Association of Hondarribia and sponsors of the event provided an opportunity to take home the best event of the year pintxos in book format. To see, enjoy and practice these elaborations with friends and family.
This book brings together all the cooks and their recipes pintxos and is priced at 30 euros.
