The construction date of the Zulueta Palace is 1902-03 and is the work of the architect Fausto Iñiguez de Betolaza.

Alfredo de Zulueta commissioned its construction as a house-hotel in the early 20th century.

It has a charming public garden integrated into the Paseo de la Senda.
