Goikoerrota Mill is located on the southern side of Mount Jaizkibel, between the Jaizubia and Arkoll neighbourhoods, which are separated from Hondarribia by the stream whose waters power the great wheel.

The mill itself is located in a traditional 16th century stone building with thick walls which protect the highly precise wooden machinery and all the elements which enable it to grind corn into flours of different grammages in the traditional style.
