This festival, now well-established on the city’s cultural agenda, offers up a careful selection of auteur cinema, premiers and international independent films.
This year, all screenings will be held in Arkabia, creating an intimate, environment specialising in the seventh art. It’s an opportunity to discover new films and enjoy cinema directed or produced by Basque professionals. From 24 January to 1 February one or two feature films will be shown every day.
After 40 years, Zinemastea is a cultural benchmark for the city, offering up innovative, high-quality films and consolidating Vitoria-Gasteiz as a place where Basque film is lived and shared.
