HONDARRIBIA E IRÚN

For over 400 years, on Good Friday the streets of the historic center of Hondarribia have been traversed in silence representing ten images of the passion and death of Jesus Christ. It is one of the few towns in Gipuzkoa that maintains the tradition, inherited from past generations, of carrying out the Procession of Silence or Comedy of the Passion. The Municipal Band closes this procession interpreting Chopin’s funeral march.

Irun is a nearby location offering a perfect balance of culture and shopping, surrounded by a privileged landscape. You will be able to feel the magic when crossing the international bridge that connects two countries!
