Irun City Council and the UPV-EHU Summer Courses Foundation have been collaborating for the last 15 years to hold an event in the museum’s summer programme that is linked to the classical world.
This year’s programme, “The management and dissemination of heritage in the digital space. The cataloguing and publication of online collections with Décalo”, will be given by Alejandro Peña, from Render S.L. and Manuel Gozalbes, from the Museu de Prehistòria de València.
The course is an introduction to the comprehensive cataloguing method developed by this museum which, with the help of Render S.L., has adopted a new collections management system that includes instant publication on the web.
Registration to attend is free and can be made by calling 943 63 93 53 and at info-oiassomuseo@irun.org. The timetable will be from 09.00 to 17.30 hours.
