The congress of miniature cuisine, “pintxos” and tapas will be held in Vitoria-Gasteiz from 8 to 14 March and having Argentina as its guest country. This year, it extends its activities to seven days and extends throughout the city, adding to the Europa Conference Center, venue of the last edition, the Iradier Arena, the Markets Supply Foundation and various restaurants in the city.
This year the event will give appointment to more than eighty professional chefs in different presentations, demonstrations, dinners, contests and recreational activities designed in a double program.
On the one hand, under the name of “Miniature, Álava y sus gentes” a playful and social program from 8 to 12 March with initiatives such as Miniature in Feminine, Miniature Iron Chef, Miniature Kids and the biggest bar of pintxos; in different scenarios of Vitoria-Gasteiz.
And, second, Miniature Pintxos Congress, the professional conferences that will take place from 12 to 14 March in the Europa Conference Center.
