We continue towards Elcano street. On our right, the University College indicates the way to Licenciado Poza street, where we find the modernist Guridi building and the Central High School.

Athena seems to watch and guard over the Regional Government Library from her niche, at the corner with Rodríguez Arias. We make our way along this street towards Diputación Street, a pedestrian area, where bars and culture, part of popular wisdom in Bilbao, await us.
