Savour our tapas, try the wine from Rioja Alavesa and refresh yourself with txakoli from the Basque Coast, caressed by the sea breeze

According to the criteria applied when the museum was installed in its curren location on July 7 1975, the exhibits were arranged chronologically so that visitors could trace the development of these military artefacts from prehistoric times to the beginning of the 20th-century. Without forgetting the technological and artistic aspects reflected in the mechanisms and ornamentation of the weapons on display, the primary intention of the museum is to approach this subject from an educational viewpoint.
