| This is one of
the favourite meeting places for all the inhabitants of the
city and the setting for a large number of events, the most
important of which, without doubt, is the descent of “Celedón”,
marking the start of the festivals of the city's patron saint,
the Virgen Blanca. The square is presided over by the church
of San Vicente with a niche containing a statue of the patron
saint of the city. |
