The Arriaga theatre
is located on the edge of the Medieval quarter, near the river
estuary and stands in the middle of the square that gives
it its name.
The Theatre is the only one of its kind and makes Bilbao a
permanent venue on the international theatre circuit, something
that would be impossible without a building of this quality.
