More than 1,150 athletes will gather this Sunday, July 29, 2012, at the World Championships Long Distance Triathlon to be held in Vitoria-Gasteiz. A unique opportunity to see the best athletes of today.

Vitoria-Gasteiz can boast about its Casco Histórico (old town), which was declared a Historical Monument in 1997 and preserves its medieval layout. The city was elected European Green Capital 2012. It’s surrounded by a Green Belt, which consists of six major parks crossed by an extensive network of pathways for pedestrians and cyclists, and is a landmark for its great progress in the greening and sustainability of the urban environment.
