Show-cooking and wine pairing meal on 7th February at Atsegiña, Irun

The chefs will prepare each of the dishes proposed for the wine pairing meal that will be held on 7th February at the Irungo Atsegina Society live, in the presence of the guests. This Society, together with the Irun + Gastronomia Group, has been chosen to organise this attractive proposal with the aim of promoting the city’s cuisine. The organisers commented: “Not only will guests be able to follow each participating chef live, they will also have a chance to ask them about the dishes being prepared or the techniques used”. The menu for the show-cooking and wine pairing meal has been priced at € 60 including VAT.

 

Each dish will be paired with a specific wine from Bodegas Martínez Alesanco while Bodegas Grupo Yllera will contribute a “Verdejo Frizzante” to combine with the dessert.

 

Guests will be presented with a voucher valued at € 20 that they can redeem at Irun + Gastronomia restaurants (Danako, Harria, Gaztelumendi-Antxon and La Agrícola) for Tasting Menus until 31st December 2013.
