FesTVal, the Vitoria-Gasteiz Television Festival, is a pioneering initiative at state level. It includes a wide range of activities, such as fiction and non-fiction premiers for general channels held in the Principal Antzokia Theatre; cultural encounters that will take place in the Palace of Villasuso and the Culture Centre, a workshop on creating and disseminating web-series; live programmes and activities that will transform Vitoria into a large TV studio; professional conferences and a Green Cycle, to mark the European Green Capital Award 2012 that Vitoria-Gasteiz has been awarded.
